The amazing setup of separate king rooms was a HIGHLIGHT for me. I'd choose this place again, despite the weird breakfast!

The hotel was fairly clean and had perfect staff at the reception desk in particular. The location was marvellous and beautiful, so close to short walk into the city centre, city attractions and all the restaurants, in a nice area. Also, North Entrance Beach was 2 km away from the property.

Marvellous and perfect location close to everything though, in the nice quiet area. Besides, excellent for visiting Memorial Park.
Beds were very poor quality.

Spacious Suites and Great Amenities
I had a wonderful stay in a surprisingly spacious suite that felt more like an apartment with its kitchen and separate bedroom. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a delicious breakfast available. the nearby parking was extremely convenient, and I appreciated being able to leave my car while enjoying local attractions. the lack of bathroom ventilation caused some issues with fogging mirrors, and the TV in the main room emitted a high-pitched noise, which wasn't ideal.

we went to launceston to go the the afl football. it was walking distance to the stadium and to also to the city centre.
the hotel was really good and we dont have anything bad to say about it. however, we were under the impression that the payment for our stay had been taken out of the credit card when we booked it on line at Booked.net which was a bit embarrassing when she told me that it had not been paid for.

Just had a lovely stay – the spacious room with fabulous views was my absolute fav! 😍 the location was super convenient for exploring launceston, but breakfast was a bit odd with no buffet choices. worth the visit!

The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. Location of hotel is good.
Room carpet was not clean. Would be better if a designated carpark is assigned once the yellow slip is issued. I had to park my sedan at a spot suitable for a small car.

the beds , the spa , the location,
the narrow parking spots having to pay the fact that there were no mini bar price guides in the room over both nights, the toilet door how it opened up , lack of ventilation in the toilet , a mirror in the toilet (weird), no shower cap only two satchels of coffee , no plunger coffee to have with the plunger,

I stayed in a one-bedroom unit and found it spacious and most comfortable. It was clean, bright and had all the facilities I needed for a city stay.
The internet facilities was charged at quite a high rate. A 4/5 star international hotel like the Sebel should allow free access. I have stayed at many smaller establishments that dont charge or had a minimal daily charge.
